If you are one of the 90’s guy, you obviously know what is Nokia, and I am pretty sure all of you know about it. But anyway let me give a short introduction to Nokia.
Nokia is a mobile company, which made many records with their mobile devices. In 2008, Nokia sold over 475 million device, which itself made a record itself and is yet to be broken. Though Nokia was having great success with their devices, but with the development of Android and IOS, it was not a competition in devices but it was a war of ecosystem. And due to the war of ecosystems, Nokia decided to collaborate with Microsoft to built Windows Phones, and later on Microsoft was successful in acquiring the whole Nokia Mobile Company for 10 years.
Mobile Company to Microsoft with a patent license for 10 years and Microsoft launching their Windows Phones, we have not quite heard about Nokia, in news or in social medias. Nokia N1, a tablet by Nokia was announced back in November 2014 at Slush Event in Finland. It was released in China on 7th January 2015 and due to high demand, a 20,000 units was sold out in just 4 minutes. And according to new reports Nokia N1 can be purchased again on 26th February via Flash Sale.
Nokia N1 has a unibody aluminium design and houses a 7.9″ IPS LCD Display with the resolution of 2048 x 1536 and a pixel density of 326 PPI and the front is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 quardcore processor clocked at 2.3 Ghz and is bundled with 2 GB Ram.
It has 32 GB of Internal Storage, and the storage cannot be expanded by any means. It has an 8 MP Rear Facing Camera and a 5 MP Front Facing Selfie Camera. It juices its power from a massive 5,300 mAh battery and is available in 2 colors i.e Natural Aluminium and Lava Gray.
it comes with Nokia’s own Z-Launcher which is based on Google’s latest Android 5.0 Lollipop. It also has 0.5 W Stereo Speakers, Bluetooth 4.0, dual-band 802.11 ac WiFi and also offers a 3.5 mm audio jack and a reversible Micro-USB port.
The Nokia N1 retails at a price of 1599 CNY in China, which roughly translates to $256 or 16000 INR.

Nokia Here Maps , which is one of the best Mapping, locating and navigating technology , is based on Cloud-Computing model.
Nokia Here map is already available for Lumia devices and Nokia has also released it for Android, which is still in beta mode and is not yet available for IOS.
It offers offline maps and navigation, which means it does not requirezs any cellular data connected. Here maps has over 200 Countries, it has voice navigation to more than 90 countries and also provides live traffic information to over 33 countries.
It was a Nokia device which made one of the first call on GSM as well as on LTE. Nokia Network offers Customer Experience Management (CEM), Evolved Packet core, Convergence/ IMS, Mobile broadband and a lot more services.
