HTC Bolt, a new mid-range smartphone powered by the latest version of Android, Android 7.0 Nougat, is rumored to come to market this month. From the leaked image the new smartphones seem to have a resemblance of the flagship phone, HTC 10. In fact, this new Bolt smartphone from HTC has a larger display panel than HTC 10.
HTC Bolt Specs:
As per the leaks, the HTC Bolt flaunts a 5.5-inch FHD display and comes with 3GB of RAM. On storage, the phone has 64GB of internal storage and you will also get an option to expand the storage via microSD. But the worrying this is that it perhaps doesn’t include: a 3.5mm headphone jack. It seems that the HTC too is following the latest trend of skimming the headphone jack.
HTC Bolt New Features:
Fortunately, Bolt is equipped with HTC’s BoomSound audio-enhancing tech. But again this feature is only available while consuming media content via headphones. While you can enjoy the BoomSound with the headpones, there is only a single bottom-firing speaker included.
The phone also has a fingerprint scanner, which is interestingly placed between capacitive buttons on the front side. And instead of the microUSB, it contains a USB type-C port.
HTC Bolt Camera
On imaging, the camera set includes an 18 MP primary shooter that comes with f/2.0 lens. Probably, the rear camera will also support 4K video capture. There is also an 8 MP front-facing selfie camera.
HTC Bolt Availability
Leaks suggest that the new HTC Bolt is expected to be available globally and will be released this month itself.
